Good afternoon everyone.  Thank you to everyone who attended conferences this week.  If you were unable to attend this week, we can reschedule a time after the Easter break.

Please remember, Grade sevens, we are canoeing on Monday, April 4th.  This will be at the Lawson Pool and you will get wet so please come prepared with a bathing suit and towel.

There is a little bit of homework to take care of during the week:
Health - Define Yourself, assignment on Google Classroom, due April 4th;
ELA - Reading Strategies (Nouns), due April 4th;
Math 7 - Mid-Unit Review, due April 4th;

This is it - final term for this year.  Let's all work together to finish strong and enjoy the rest of our year together.

Have a fabulous Easter Holiday.

Happy St. Patrick's Day.  We had a noisy morning with the Steal-A-Shamrock shenanigans.

Speeches are almost done, with the exception of one more student!  Everyone did a fabulous job.  Figuring out our top boy and top girl from the class will be a very difficult job.  I am very impressed with the effort that everyone put into this project.

Report Cards are going home today.  Conference appointment times are included in the report card envelope.  Please sign and return the envelope so that we have them for the June report cards.

Homework for tonight:
Math 7 - 4.1 worksheet, due tomorrow and bring your geometry set to every Math class;
Social Studies - Chapter review, questions 1-5 are due tomorrow;
Science - two prediction questions due tomorrow;
Reading Strategies - due Tuesday, March 22nd;
Grade 8 students, please check Mr. Yeske's or Mr. DuMont's blog regarding Math homework.

That's all for today folks.  Have a great evening.
